On 9th June’18 at KPS – Burmamines Rotary Club of Jamshedpur conducted Adult Literacy Awareness program under its banner of “Jagriti Project”. The program was graced by Dr. Anita Gupta (Ex Rotary Club President). Other dignitaries present were Dr.Varsha Chand (President of Rotary Club), Director Dr. Srikant Nair &Dr. Rachna Nair& Principal Mrs. Harwinder Kaur.The program aims at eradicating illiteracy among adults &creating awareness in helping them overcome their helplessness and to achieve self-reliance. Under the project 20 females from nearby areas were enrolled for the program. One of the school teacher Mrs. Ujjaini Das is assigned the role of educating these females. Mr Suman Sarkar has been a great support to run the “Jagriti Project”
